Ingredients: Maltodextrin, saccharose, whey proteins, vegetable oils (palm, palm-kernel, rapseed, sunflower, oleic sunflower), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), minerals (potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, sodium phosphate, calcium chloride, sodium citrate, calcium phosphate, potassium citrate, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium hydroxide, iron sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium selenite, potassium iodide), vanilla flavour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vitamins premix (C, nicotinamide, E, calcium pantothenate, B₆, B₂, B₁, A, folic acid, biotin, D, K B₁₂), fish oil, antioxidants (tocopherol rich extract, ascorbyl palmitate).
FontActiv Complete is a formula dietary food developed to help individuals achieve optimum health and energy. It contains prebiotics (FOS), omega-3 (DHA) and 28 vitamins and minerals. The Protein+ system, based on highly digestible proteins (100% whey protein), helps maintain muscle mass. In addition, the formula is enriched with antioxidants (zinc, selenium), calcium and vitamin D. Can be used as a sole source of nutrition, or as a supplement.

Directions for Use: To prepare one serving, fill a large glass with 200mL of water and add 4 level spoonfuls of FontActiv Complete powder (57g). Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. To be taken 1 to 3 servings per day, subject to patient's needs.

Not to be used for parenteral administration.
Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
Not suitable for children under 1 year old.
Contains Vitamin K, individuals consuming warfarin should seek medical advice before consuming this product.
Use under medical supervision.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, use contents within 4 weeks.
Reconstituted product, under hygienic conditions, should be covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
